By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Forward Motion Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Service Description
Forward Motion Labs develops applications including fitness tracking tools and marketing software. Our products include:
Fitness Applications (Time Crunched Athlete)
- Training load monitoring and analysis
- Performance tracking and progress visualization
- Recovery metrics and readiness assessments
- Integration with third-party fitness platforms (Strava, Apple Health)
- Personalized training insights and recommendations
Campaign Planner
- Marketing campaign planning and visualization
- Ad spend tracking across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Integration with advertising platform APIs
- Budget management and reporting
User Responsibilities
As a user of our applications, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when setting up your profile and training preferences
- Use the applications only for their intended purpose
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute our applications
- Not use the applications for any unlawful purpose
- Maintain the security of your connected accounts (e.g., Strava)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Health Disclaimer
Important: The information and recommendations provided by Forward Motion Labs applications are for informational and educational purposes only. Our applications do not provide medical advice.
- Always consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program
- Seek professional medical advice if you have any concerns about your health or fitness
- Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from our applications
- If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional
Forward Motion Labs is not responsible for any health issues that may arise from following training recommendations or using our applications.
In-App Purchases
Some features of our applications may require payment through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Campaign Planner Terms
The following terms apply specifically to Campaign Planner:
Connected Platforms
When you connect third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn), you:
- Authorize us to access your advertising data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Confirm you have the authority to grant such access
- Agree to comply with the terms of service of those platforms
- Can disconnect platforms at any time from the Settings page
Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate spend tracking and reporting:
- Advertising data is retrieved from third-party APIs and may be subject to delays or discrepancies
- Campaign Planner is a planning tool and should not be used as your sole source of financial reporting
- Always verify critical data directly with your advertising platforms
Account Deletion
You can delete your Campaign Planner account and all associated data from the Settings page or by contacting us at privacy@forwardmotionlabs.io.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Forward Motion Labs applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Forward Motion Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Forward Motion Labs applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forward Motion Labs shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Any damages resulting from interruption or unavailability of our services
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our applications
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or data provided
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our applications following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
