Refund Policy

Introduction

Forward Motion Labs applications are available exclusively through the Apple App Store. All purchases, including in-app purchases and subscriptions, are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

This policy outlines how refunds work for our applications and how you can request a refund if needed.

In-App Purchases

All purchases made within Forward Motion Labs applications are processed through the Apple App Store. This includes:

  • Premium feature unlocks
  • Subscription purchases (monthly or annual)
  • One-time purchases for additional features

Because Apple handles all payment processing, Forward Motion Labs does not have direct access to your payment information or the ability to process refunds directly.

Requesting a Refund

If you would like to request a refund for a purchase made in one of our applications, you must submit your request directly to Apple. Apple reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund from Apple: Visit Apple's refund request page and follow the instructions provided.

When requesting a refund, you will need:

  • Your Apple ID and password
  • The order number or receipt from your purchase
  • A reason for the refund request

Apple typically responds to refund requests within 48 hours, though processing times may vary.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a subscription and wish to cancel it to prevent future charges, you can do so through your iOS device settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find and select the Forward Motion Labs subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

Important: Canceling a subscription will stop future billing but does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Digital Products

Please note that all purchases made through our applications are for digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Purchases are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another Apple ID
  • Digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
  • Refund eligibility is determined by Apple based on their refund policies
  • We encourage you to review app features and any available free trials before making a purchase
