Introduction

Forward Motion Labs is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our applications, including Campaign Planner, Time Crunched Athlete, and other Forward Motion Labs products.

Campaign Planner

Campaign Planner is a marketing campaign planning tool that helps you track and manage advertising campaigns across platforms.

Account Information

  • Email address (for authentication)
  • Display name (optional)

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising Data

When you connect your Meta advertising account, we access:

  • Ad account names and IDs
  • Campaign names, IDs, status, and objectives
  • Ad spend data and performance metrics
  • Campaign start and end dates

Important: We only access advertising data that you explicitly authorize. We do not access your personal Facebook profile, posts, friends, or private messages.

How Campaign Planner Uses Your Data

  • Display your advertising campaigns in a unified planning view
  • Track and compare planned vs. actual ad spend
  • Generate reports and insights about your marketing campaigns
  • Sync campaign data between platforms

Campaign Planner Data Storage

Campaign Planner data is stored securely in the cloud:

  • Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest
  • All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM
  • Access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS) policies

Campaign Planner Data Deletion

You can delete your Campaign Planner data by:

  • Disconnecting platform accounts from the Settings page
  • Deleting your account from the Settings page
  • Contacting us at privacy@forwardmotionlabs.io

Upon deletion, all your data including campaigns, spend entries, and platform connections will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Campaign Planner Third-Party Services

Campaign Planner integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

  • Meta (Facebook Ads): We connect to your Meta advertising account to retrieve campaign and spend data. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Google Ads): We connect to your Google Ads account to retrieve campaign and spend data. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • TikTok (TikTok Ads): We connect to your TikTok Ads account to retrieve campaign and spend data. See TikTok's Privacy Policy.
  • LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ads): We connect to your LinkedIn advertising account to retrieve campaign and spend data. See LinkedIn's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments for Campaign Planner subscriptions. We do not store your payment card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase's infrastructure with encryption at rest. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

The following sections apply to our iOS applications, including Time Crunched Athlete and other Forward Motion Labs apps.

Strava Data (iOS apps only)

  • Activity data including rides, runs, and workouts
  • Power data and performance metrics
  • Training metrics such as TSS, CTL, and ATL

HealthKit Data (iOS apps only, optional)

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurements

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide personalized training recommendations based on your fitness data
  • Generate training insights and performance analytics
  • Track your progress toward your fitness goals
  • Improve app functionality and user experience
  • Calculate recovery metrics and readiness scores

Data Storage

iOS Apps: Your privacy is our priority. All data collected by our iOS applications is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your personal fitness data to external servers. Your information remains under your control at all times.

Campaign Planner: Campaign Planner data is stored securely in the cloud using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption, and OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

Third-Party Services (iOS Apps)

Our iOS applications integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Strava: We connect to your Strava account to retrieve your activity data. Please review Strava's Privacy Policy for information about how they handle your data.
  • Apple HealthKit: With your permission, we access health data stored in Apple HealthKit. This data is processed locally and is subject to Apple's privacy guidelines.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

Campaign Planner

  • Disconnect Accounts: You can disconnect your advertising platform accounts at any time from the Settings page.
  • Delete Data: You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page, or by contacting us at privacy@forwardmotionlabs.io. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

iOS Apps

  • Disconnect Accounts: You can disconnect your Strava account at any time through the app settings or by revoking access in your Strava account settings.
  • Delete Data: Since all data is stored locally, you can delete all your data by uninstalling the application from your device.
  • Revoke Permissions: You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Health.
